EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE


EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients :
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup superfine sugar (I grinded sugar into powder)
2 level tablespoons cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl in the above order. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour into a prepared pan. Bake in preheated at 160 C oven until cake test done, when using a toothpick. Note : I made these into cupcakes and managed to get 9 cupcakes all together.
